Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Wizkid has signed with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) for live music and touring representation across North America.
Under the new arrangement, CAA will represent Wizkid for touring and live bookings in the United States and Canada, with music agents Zack Borson and Joseph Harris leading his relationship with the agency.
The move does not replace Wizkidโs existing international touring representation. United Talent Agency (UTA) will continue to represent the singer for touring outside North America, creating a territory-specific structure for his global live business.
The decision comes as North America continues to play an important role in Wizkidโs international touring career. The singer has performed at some of the continentโs biggest venues, including Madison Square Garden in New York and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
Wizkidโs most recent major North American run came as part of his Morayo tour, which included dates at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Madison Square Garden, Torontoโs Scotiabank Arena, CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, Houston Toyota Center and the Hollywood Bowl.
CAAโs involvement gives Wizkid a dedicated team focused on the North American market, while his existing UTA relationship continues to cover the rest of his international touring activities.
The Grammy-winning artist has remained one of the leading Nigerian acts in the global expansion of Afrobeats, regularly performing to audiences across Europe and North America. His sixth studio album, Morayo, further extended that international run, reaching No. 4 on Billboardโs World Albums chart.
For Wizkid, the CAA signing represents another significant step in structuring his international live business around the different markets in which he operates.
While no new North American tour dates have been announced as part of the CAA deal, the agency will now play a central role in securing his future concerts, festivals and live opportunities across the United States and Canada.
