Nigerian Afrobeats and street-pop star Seyi Vibez has released his highly anticipated new studio album, SWAGUU, marking another chapter in the singer’s rapidly growing career.
Released today, Friday, September 18, 2026, the album contains 14 tracks and arrives through NSNV Inc. and EMPIRE.
One of the major talking points surrounding the project is the involvement of Burna Boy, who serves as the album’s executive producer. The Grammy-winning superstar’s credit adds another layer of significance to a project that sees Seyi Vibez continue to expand his sound beyond his established street-pop foundation.
Swaguu also features a notable international collaboration with Quavo, who appears on the album’s title track, “SWAGUU.” The song closes the project and brings a trap-inspired edge to the album’s final stretch.
The album opens with “VOLUME” and moves through tracks including “GTA,” “DIAMONDS,” “MELANIN,” “GOD,” “PANSA,” “ILOME,” “BACK 2 U,” “ALAGIA,” “EL JAJA,” “ALUBARIKA,” “AKPAN AKPARI,” and “OBLE,” before ending with “SWAGUU” featuring Quavo.
Across the project, Seyi Vibez explores themes of ambition, relationships, self-belief and the realities of life in the fast lane. Apple Music describes the album as a continuation of the musical direction he began exploring on his 2025 project, FUJI MOTO, while highlighting his focus on establishing himself as a global voice.
The release also follows a strong run for Seyi Vibez, whose catalogue has continued to connect street-pop sensibilities with a broader Afropop audience. With Burna Boy behind the project as executive producer and Quavo providing its headline international feature, SWAGUU represents another step in Seyi Vibez’s push toward a wider global audience.
SWAGUU is now available on major streaming platforms.
