Nigerian singer Omah Lay has postponed the remaining dates of his Clarity of Mind world tour following a knee ligament injury that will require him to focus on recovery over the next four to six weeks.

The singer announced the development on Monday, October 26, explaining that all tour dates scheduled from October 30 onwards would be postponed. He also apologised to fans who had been looking forward to seeing him perform and promised further updates on rescheduled dates and tickets.

“Spirits, I’m heartbroken to share that due to a knee ligament injury, all CLARITY OF MIND TOUR dates from October 30th onwards are postponed as I focus on recovery over the next 4–6 weeks,” the singer wrote in a statement shared on social media.

He added that information about new dates and ticket arrangements would follow, thanking fans for their continued support.

The announcement follows reports that Omah Lay sustained the injury while working on an upcoming music video in Los Angeles, California. Footage of the singer being attended to by medical personnel circulated online in the days before he addressed the situation publicly.

The Clarity of Mind tour began on September 25 in Edmonton, Canada, and was scheduled to travel across North America, Oceania, the Middle East and Europe before concluding in Warsaw, Poland, on November 30.

The postponement affects several highly anticipated performances, including shows in Muscat, Zurich, Brussels, Berlin, Milan and London. His London concert had been scheduled for November 12 at OVO Arena Wembley.

The tour supports Omah Lay’s second studio album, Clarity of Mind, released in April 2026. The project followed his acclaimed debut album, Boy Alone, and continued his exploration of emotionally vulnerable songwriting alongside Afrofusion and contemporary R&B influences.

Despite the setback, the singer has assured fans that further information will be shared as plans for the postponed shows are finalised. No complete list of replacement dates has been announced, leaving ticket holders waiting for confirmation from the artist and relevant event organisers.

For now, Omah Lay is prioritising his recovery before returning to the stage. The coming weeks will determine when the singer can resume his international tour and reconnect with fans who had been anticipating the remaining performances.
