Miley Cyrus is giving fans a closer look at her next musical era, unveiling the full tracklist for her upcoming 10th studio album, Bass Persuades.
The album is scheduled for release on September 18, 2026, through Atlantic Records and follows her 2025 project Something Beautiful. The announcement arrives as the singer embraces a new professional identity, dropping “Cyrus” from her public-facing artist name and going simply by Miley.
The Bass Persuades Tracklist
The newly revealed tracklist features 10 songs, including collaborations with New York experimental rock band Model/Actriz and songwriter-producer Andrew Wyatt of Miike Snow.

The change follows her decision to move into a new phase of her career after releasing Something Beautiful in 2025. She has announced two rare headline performances at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on October 16 and 18, marking her first major live performances since her Spotify Billions Club Live concert in Paris in June 2025.
The limited performances are particularly notable because Cyrus has previously expressed little interest in returning to a conventional touring schedule.
Instead, the Hollywood Bowl shows will give fans an opportunity to hear songs from Bass Persuades live without committing to a full-scale tour.

The timing of Bass Persuades also gives the album an added emotional dimension.
Cyrus recently lost her godmother, country music legend Dolly Parton, who died on August 25, 2026, at the age of 80. Cyrus has spoken publicly about their close relationship and paid tribute to Parton following her death.
