Davido and Musa Keys have achieved another milestone with their hit collaboration “Unavailable,” which has now been certified Gold in the United Kingdom.
The certification marks the first UK Gold award for both Davido and Musa Keys, adding another major achievement to the song’s international run since its release in 2023.
“Unavailable” was released as part of Davido’s fourth studio album, Timeless, and quickly became one of the project’s biggest records. The song, produced with its infectious Afrobeats and Amapiano-inspired sound, also became a major success on the UK charts.
According to the Official Charts Company, “Unavailable” peaked at No. 52 on the UK Singles Chart, spending 22 weeks on the chart. It also reached No. 1 on the UK Official Afrobeats Chart, where it spent two weeks at the top.
The song had previously received a BRIT Silver certification in the UK after surpassing 200,000 units. The Gold award represents the next certification level, with the BRIT Certified scheme historically setting the Gold threshold for singles at 400,000 units based on Official Charts data.
Beyond its UK performance, “Unavailable” has remained one of Davido’s most recognizable international hits, helped by its viral dance challenge and widespread reception across different markets.
For Musa Keys, the certification further highlights the international reach of his collaboration with Davido and adds another notable achievement to his growing career.
Released in 2023, “Unavailable” has continued to perform strongly years after its initial release, demonstrating the lasting impact of the Timeless standout.
