Nigerian Afrobeats star Asake has reached another major streaming milestone as his 2023 album, Work of Art, officially surpasses 900 million streams on Spotify.
The achievement makes Work of Art the second project in Asake’s catalogue to cross the 900 million-stream mark on the platform, following his debut album, Mr. Money With The Vibe.
Released in June 2023, Work of Art is a 14-track project that further established Asake as one of the leading voices in contemporary Afrobeats. The album produced some of his biggest records, including “Lonely At The Top,” “Amapiano,” “Remember,” “2:30” and “Organise.”
Its continued performance on Spotify comes more than three years after its release, highlighting the lasting streaming power of Asake’s catalogue.
His debut album, Mr. Money With The Vibe, previously crossed 900 million Spotify streams in May 2026 and is now approaching the one-billion mark.
The latest milestone also puts Asake closer to a potential two-album billion-stream achievement on Spotify, with both Mr. Money With The Vibe and Work of Art continuing to accumulate streams.
The accomplishment adds to an already strong streaming run for the YBNL star. Earlier in 2026, his third studio album, M$NEY, crossed 300 million Spotify streams, while Lungu Boy passed 500 million.
With Work of Art now officially in the 900 million club, Asake continues to build one of the most consistently streamed catalogues among Nigerian Afrobeats artists.
