Alicia Keys and her husband, Grammy-winning producer Swizz Beatz, are joining forces for their first collaborative album, Lovers Rose, a seven-track project expected to arrive in early 2027.

The couple revealed details of the upcoming project in a cover interview for Vogue Italiaโ€™s November 2026 issue, introducing a musical direction that moves beyond their familiar New York roots. The album will blend R&B, Chicano soul, Latin musical traditions and lowrider culture, creating a sound built around warmth, intimacy and relaxation.

Keys described the project as an opportunity for listeners to disconnect from the noise of everyday life, explaining that Lovers Rose carries a sense of peace and warmth. She called it โ€œan invitation to let your nervous system breathe.โ€

For Swizz Beatz, the collaboration offers a chance to share a different side of their creativity with audiences. The producer expressed his excitement about working alongside his wife in the studio, exchanging ideas and creating music that listeners might not expect from the pair.

Although the two have crossed paths musically before, Lovers Rose marks a new chapter in their creative partnership. Married since 2010, Keys and Swizz have also collaborated across fashion, art and other creative ventures.

The albumโ€™s title has already extended beyond music through a fashion collection created with luxury automotive brand BRABUS, featuring rose-inspired designs across clothing and accessories.

With seven tracks and an early 2027 arrival expected, Lovers Rose is shaping up to be a more intimate, genre-blending project from the musical couple. An exact release date and the albumโ€™s tracklist have yet to be announced.
