Nigerian producer, arranger, multi-instrumentalist and recording artist Rotimikeys took centre stage at the 2026 World Music Day celebration in Lagos, headlining the annual music festival alongside some of Nigeria\u2019s most respected contemporary acts, including Made Kuti, Johnny Drille and The Cavemen.<\/p>\n
The celebration, organised by Make Music Lagos in partnership with Alliance Fran\u00e7aise de Lagos and supported by the French Embassy in Nigeria, took place on June 21, marking World Music Day.<\/p>\n
Rotimikeys Steps Into the Spotlight<\/p>\n
The performance represented an important moment in Rotimikeys\u2019 career.<\/p>\n

The initiative also featured the grand finale of its Battle of the Bands competition, designed to identify and develop emerging live-performing talent.<\/p>\n
