Bongolan alleges that Combs held her over the edge of a balcony at Cassie\u2019s apartment for several seconds before throwing her back onto the patio. She claims the incident left her with bruises, neck and back injuries, and lasting emotional trauma. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>According to court filings, Combs, along with Bad Boy Entertainment and his corporate entity CeOpco LLC, are named as defendants in the case. The lawsuit seeks damages related to the alleged assault and its long-term effects. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The allegations gained renewed attention after Bongolan testified in connection with Combs\u2019 criminal proceedings, where she described ongoing trauma and recurring nightmares stemming from the alleged incident. Defense attorneys have strongly denied the claims and challenged her account of events. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The civil trial adds to a growing list of legal challenges facing the Bad Boy Records founder.
