Nigerian chef and culinary entrepreneur Hilda Baci has added yet another milestone to her growing list of achievements, receiving her third Guinness World Record plaque. The recognition further cements her status as one of Nigeria\u2019s most celebrated culinary figures and a symbol of determination on the global stage.<\/p>\n
This latest recognition came after her record-breaking achievement in September 2025, where she prepared the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice, weighing 8,780 kilograms.<\/p>\n
Interestingly, this feat also earned her the record for the largest serving of rice overall.<\/p>\n
Hilda expressed her gratitude, stating that she didn\u2019t plan or feel ready for this achievement, but credited God for making it possible. She shared her emotional journey, recalling the nerves, faith, sacrifice, prayers, and belief that something bigger was happening.<\/p>\n
She wrote, \u201cThird time. Not because I planned it. Not because I felt ready. But because God allowed it.<\/p>\n
Unboxing this record pack felt like reliving the moment all over again. The nerves. The faith. The sacrifice. The prayers. The belief that something bigger than me was happening.<\/p>\n
