They are fully united in co-parenting.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"primis10TGJ\" data-refreshrate=\"0\"><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As reported, the couple\u2019s daughters, <strong>Ocean Jade <\/strong>and <strong>Story Monroe<\/strong>, were diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1, the most severe form of the rare genetic condition that impacts muscle strength, breathing, and movement.<\/p>\n<p>While disclosing the diagnosis publicly, Nelson revealed that doctors have warned the girls may never walk and could require wheelchairs long-term.
