Serrano Rivera<\/strong> claims her spoken line appears on both <strong>\u2018Solo de Mi\u2019<\/strong> from the star\u2019s 2018 debut<strong> \u2018X 100pre\u2019<\/strong>and <strong>\u2018EoO\u2019<\/strong> from his chart-topping 2025 album <strong>\u2018Deb\u00ed Tirar M\u00e1s Fotos.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"primis10TGJ\" data-refreshrate=\"0\"><\/div>\n<p>The allegedly sampled phrase <strong>\u201cMira, pu\u00f1eta, no me quiten el perreo,\u201d<\/strong>roughly meaning <strong>\u201cdon\u2019t take away my vibe,\u201d<\/strong> was reportedly recorded back in 2018 at the request of Bunny\u2019s producer, La Paciencia, when they were college classmates. According to Billboard, the lawsuit says that:<\/p>\n<div id=\"primis10TGJ\" data-refreshrate=\"0\"><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u201cAt the time of the request, the purpose of the audio was not explained, nor was the plaintiff informed that her identity would be used and commercially exploited.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"primis10TGJ\" data-refreshrate=\"0\"><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Serrano is now seeking damages under Puerto Rico\u2019s right of publicity laws from the superstar, his producer, and his label.
