The incident occurred on November 19 in Bangkok, Thailand, while she was walking in a sparkling orange gown and high heels.

Videos shared on social media show Henry stumbling before stepping off the edge of the runway. Event staff and medical personnel quickly rushed in, and she was carried out on a stretcher. The Miss Universe Jamaica Organization later confirmed that she was taken to Paolo Rangsit Hospital, where she is under observation.

Miss Universe president Raรบl Rocha shared an update, revealing that he visited Henry in the hospital and that, thankfully, she had no broken bones. He added that she would remain under observation โfor the rest of the nightโ to ensure her full recovery.
According to her family and medical team, Gabrielleโs condition is being closely monitored. Elton reports say she remained in the ICU several days after the fall, and her sister noted she โisnโt doing as well as hoped.โ
