Drake has officially expanded his album HABIBTI with a four-track deluxe edition inspired by his recent Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) short film.
Released on October 2, HABIBTI (FOMO) adds four previously unreleased songs to the original project: “Québec,” “Classic Pt. 2,” “Cold Shoulder” featuring Don Toliver and Yebba, and “Solar Eclipse,” Drake and Don Toliver’s highly anticipated take on Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas.”
“Solar Eclipse” had already become one of the most talked-about unreleased songs from Drake’s FOMO era. He first teased the record during a party in Houston in August before performing the full version during his FOMO short film, which premiered online on September 15.
Rather than featuring Langley on vocals, the track reworks elements of her hit “Choosin’ Texas,” with Drake and Don Toliver putting their own spin on the country record. The song also carries songwriting credits connected to the original, including Langley and Miranda Lambert.
The release also gives fans official versions of songs that had been circulating through clips and unofficial uploads following the FOMO premiere. “Québec” had already received a standalone visual, while “Cold Shoulder” brings Drake together with Don Toliver and Yebba. “Classic Pt. 2” extends Drake’s original “Classic” from the first edition of HABIBTI.
The arrival of the deluxe follows weeks of fan demand for the songs featured in the FOMO film. According to Billboard, the four tracks were packaged as the HABIBTI deluxe rather than released as a separate project.
“Solar Eclipse” has also generated attention around its publishing arrangements. Billboard reported that, according to DJ Akademiks, Drake gave up his publishing share on the song to help clear the interpolation of “Choosin’ Texas.” The report has not been independently confirmed by Drake or his representatives.
With HABIBTI (FOMO), Drake continues an unusually busy 2026 release run that has already included ICEMAN, HABIBTI, and MAID OF HONOUR. The new deluxe brings the HABIBTI tracklist from 11 to 15 songs.
