Kanye West has reached a confidential settlement with his former personal and executive assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, bringing an end to a high-profile sexual battery lawsuit that was first filed in 2024. According to court records and reports from TMZ, the case has been resolved through an unconditional settlement. Pisciotta’s attorney, Arick Fudali, confirmed that the matter has been settled, though neither side has disclosed the financial terms or any additional details of the agreement.

Pisciotta, who worked closely with West between 2021 and 2023, served in several roles during her employment, including personal assistant, executive assistant, A&R representative, and chief of staff for West and his business ventures. In her lawsuit, she accused the rapper and fashion entrepreneur of subjecting her to repeated sexual harassment, misconduct, and abuse throughout her time working for him.

The legal complaint initially focused on allegations of sexual harassment, claiming that West engaged in inappropriate and unwanted sexual behavior, including allegedly exposing himself and masturbating in front of her while they were alone inside a locked room on a private jet. As the case progressed, Pisciotta amended her lawsuit to include more serious accusations, alleging that West had drugged and sexually assaulted her.

According to the expanded complaint, Pisciotta claimed West repeatedly engaged in non-consensual physical contact, accusing him of touching, groping, grabbing, fondling, and forcing himself on her without her consent. She also alleged that one of the assaults occurred during a party reportedly co-hosted by music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Although the lawsuit has now been settled, the agreement does not constitute a public determination of liability, and the specific terms of the settlement remain confidential.
