Spotify is expanding its hugely successful Wrapped concept with a brand-new feature that lets users revisit their entire listening history not just one year.

The new experience, titled โ€œSpotify 20: Your Party of the Year(s)โ€, was launched as part of Spotifyโ€™s 20th anniversary celebration. ย

What the Feature Shows

Unlike the traditional annual Wrapped recap, the new feature dives into a userโ€™s full Spotify journey since joining the platform.

Users can now see:

  • their very first streamed song
  • total unique songs listened to
  • their all-time most-streamed artist
  • the exact date they joined Spotify
  • and a playlist of their top 120 songs ever streamed. ย

How to Access It

The feature is currently:

  • mobile-only
  • available in 144 markets
  • and accessible by searching:โ€œSpotify 20โ€or โ€œParty of the Year(s)โ€ inside the app. ย

Spotify also added shareable social cards, continuing the companyโ€™s strategy of turning personal listening data into viral online content. ย

Spotify Wrapped has become one of musicโ€™s biggest annual internet moments over the last decade.

Now Spotify is expanding that formula beyond year-end recaps by turning long-term listening habits into:

  • nostalgia content
  • fan identity
  • and social media engagement. ย

The feature also reflects how streaming platforms increasingly use:

  • personalization
  • data storytelling
  • and emotional nostalgia

to strengthen user loyalty.

Spotify isnโ€™t just tracking what people listen to anymore, itโ€™s turning entire music histories into entertainment experiences.
