Asap Rocky is on the news again, and this time he’s celebrating. For, the rapper has flown straight in at #1 on the Billboard 200 with his latest studio album,‘Don’t be Dumb’.
With the project launching in pole position, the Harlem native has secured his third #1 album coveted count, marking his first chart-topper in over a decade.
Rocky’s fortuh studio outing debuted at the summit with an impressive 123,000equivalent album units earned in its first week.
The achievement comes more than ten years after his last #1 album,‘AT.LONG.LAST.A$AP,’ which topped the tally back in June 2015.
The rapper previously reached the top spot with ‘LONG.LIVE.A$AP’ in February 2013, making this his third time claiming the prestigious spot.
Rocky’s LP arrived with multiple formats, including CD, cassette, and vinyl editions. The latter portion amounted to 40,000 units of the total sum. Digital iterations included 2 additional songs.
