Brit Eady is officially closing the chapter on her marriage. The former ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star has now made her split from husband Michael Cunninghamlegal, filing for divorce.

Insurance broker” Eady made the move at an ATL court this week, formalizing the process of ending the marriage after five years together.

The move comes just weeks after she announced the separation on social media.

According to court documents, Eadt lists December 1 as the official date of separation, placing the legal filing not long after her now-deleted Instagram post trumpeting the breakup.
Per the paperwork, she states the marriage is irretrievably broken and is requesting that no spousal support or alimony be awarded.

On the property front, the filing paints a relatively clean split.

The only shared asset named is their Fulton County home, which both parties have reportedly agreed to sell and divide the proceeds evenly. Each is also seeking to retain their own vehicles acquired during the marriage.

Interestingly, the filing also notes a request to keep the case sealed, citing their public profiles as reality television figures. The latter being somewhat ironic given that Eady’s tenure on RHOA was a one-and-done. Indeed, she filed an $20 million lawsuit against the show’s network Bravo, after skipping the reunion.
